Online therapy for parents, who are currently juggling all the things.
The struggle is real
Raising kids is hard! Parents today face challenges that can feel never-ending—from balancing work and family life to navigating social pressures shaped by systemic inequalities, cultural expectations, and evolving norms. These factors impact not only children’s emotional and developmental needs but also how families experience access to resources, support, and opportunities.
Whether you're dealing with tough moments in parenting or just trying to juggle work and home without burning out, we’ll work together to make things feel a little more manageable—and a lot less overwhelming.
Breaking patterns from the past
As parents, we all carry pieces of our own childhood into the way we raise our kids—some that guide us, and others we may want to do differently.
Whether your past offers clear examples to follow or moments you hope not to repeat, I’m here to support you as you reflect on where you’ve been and how it shapes the parent you want to be.
Most of all, I approach every conversation about parenting with empathy, curiosity, and care—helping you feel more grounded, intentional, and confident in your parenting journey.
Who I work with
I work with adults from all backgrounds and family structures—whether you're parenting a newborn, a teenager, or anywhere in between. Together, we’ll explore not only what your child needs, but also what you need as you take on the nonstop, ever-evolving work of parenting.
I enjoy working with all types of people. My practice is affirming and inclusive to the BIPOC, Latinx, and L.G.B.T.Q.I.A.+ communities. I work with adults in New York State, with most clients hailing from the Hudson Valley and New York City.
Location
I offer sessions in my Beacon, NY office and virtually via HIPAA compliant video-chat to clients living anywhere in New York State.
